Hand therapy of Capitola is currently a cash–based, out of network provider (with most insurances).

We provide personalized care and dedicated quality time to each patient. 

Patients are responsible for full payment at the time of each visit. Patients are required to submit the appropriate medical bill to their insurance provider for reimbursement. A super bill can be provided for your insurance, FSA, HSA.
